En particular, se ha estudiado el proceso vapor-hierro (SIP) para la producci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno. Este proceso, relacionado con el Chemical Looping, puede utilizarse para producir y purificar H2 a partir de una corriente resultante de la pir\u00f3lisis de gas natural, gas de s\u00edntesis, biog\u00e1s (previamente desulfurado) o fracciones de bioaceite. El proceso SIP se basa en una secuencia c\u00edclica de etapas de reducci\u00f3n y oxidaci\u00f3n (REDOX) de un material de base met\u00e1lica (normalmente hierro con aditivos). El material REDOX puede ir acompa\u00f1ado de un catalizador para promover la producci\u00f3n de H2.  De este modo, se consigue intensificar el proceso llevando a cabo la producci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno en la misma unidad de proceso.<\/div><div class=\"ultp-block-readmore\"><a aria-label=\"Tecnolog\u00edas del hidr\u00f3geno\" href=\"https:\/\/creg.i3a.es\/es\/hydrogen-technologies\/\" >Leer m\u00e1s<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ultp-block-item ultp-block-media post-id-3442\"><div class=\"ultp-block-content-wrap\"><div class=\"ultp-block-image ultp-block-image-opacity\"><a href=\"https:\/\/creg.i3a.es\/es\/reactor-engineering\/\" ><img decoding=\"async\"  alt=\"Reactor Engineering\"  src=\"https:\/\/creg.i3a.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Reactor-engineering_eng.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/div><div class=\"ultp-block-content\"><h3 class=\"ultp-block-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/creg.i3a.es\/es\/reactor-engineering\/\" >Ingenier\u00eda de Reactores<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"ultp-block-excerpt\">Se desarrollan reactores qu\u00edmicos innovadores para diversos procesos, buscando sistemas m\u00e1s efectivos, dentro de la tendencia a intensificaci\u00f3n de procesos para conseguir equipos m\u00e1s compactos, m\u00e1s seguros y que tengan menor impacto ambiental. Se ha trabajado en dos tipos de reactores innovadores: reactores de membrana y reactores de lecho fluidizado de dos zonas.<\/div><div class=\"ultp-block-readmore\"><a aria-label=\"Ingenier\u00eda de Reactores\" href=\"https:\/\/creg.i3a.es\/es\/reactor-engineering\/\" >Leer m\u00e1s<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ultp-block-item ultp-block-media post-id-3698\"><div class=\"ultp-block-content-wrap\"><div class=\"ultp-block-image ultp-block-image-opacity\"><a href=\"https:\/\/creg.i3a.es\/es\/membrane-distillation\/\" ><img decoding=\"async\"  alt=\"Membrane distillation\"  src=\"https:\/\/creg.i3a.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Membrane-distillation_v3-ENG.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/div><div class=\"ultp-block-content\"><h3 class=\"ultp-block-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/creg.i3a.es\/es\/membrane-distillation\/\" >Destilaci\u00f3n con membranas<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"ultp-block-excerpt\">En colaboraci\u00f3n con una empresa espa\u00f1ola, se est\u00e1 estudiando el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda de destilaci\u00f3n con membranas para concentrar una corriente. Esta t\u00e9cnica permite aprovechar el calor de corrientes residuales o energ\u00eda solar para eliminar agua de disoluciones concentradas.
