ABOUT ME

After achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cuenca in Ecuador, I expanded my academic profile with a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Zaragoza. Subsequently, I specialized in chemical engineering processes, culminating in a Ph.D. degree focused on redox processes for hydrogen production from natural gas.

Since then, I have contributed to the “Catalysis and Reactor Engineering Group” CREG as a Postdoctoral researcher while also overseeing operations in the hydrogen technologies laboratory. My current work involves experimental research in catalytic reactor design, thermochemical processes related to hydrogen and biofuels, and the utilization of permselective catalytic membranes.

I am author of 25 indexed publications and have an h-index of 10, according to Scopus® (@March 2024).
